The muddled raspberries add gorgeous color while dry shaking the egg white lends a lovely smooth texture.
2 ounces Gin Blend No. 01
3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup
1 egg white
Add ingredients to a shaker tin and muddle raspberries. Shake with ice, strain out ice, and dry shake. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a fresh raspberry.
