You can't go wrong with this classic.

Makes 1

2 1/2 ounces Wayward Whiskey Rye
1/4 ounce simple syrup
3 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
1 dash Angostura Bitters

Stir with ice for 45 seconds, strain into a chilled double old fashioned glass rinsed with Absinthe, and garnish with a lemon twist.
