3/4 oz Pineapple juice

1/2 oz Fresh lime juice

1/4 oz Agave syrup

2 dashes Angostura bitters

 

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker

Shake with ice, strain into a coupe glass

Garnish with pineapple

1 Dash lavender bitters
4 oz Ginger beer
Lavender garnish 

Muddle cucumber, gin and lavender bitters into copper mug, add ice to brim, top with ginger beer and garnish with cucumber or lavender.

1 oz Simple syrup
1 oz Lemon juice
1/2 Tbsp Matcha powder
2 Mint leaves
Top with sparkling water 

Muddle mint leaves with simple syrup and lemon juice. Add gin and matcha powder. Shake well and pour over ice. Garnish with mint or lime.

.75 oz Lemon juice
2 Tbsp of seedless raspberry jam 
2 Dashes Rose water
Top with sparkling water

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake & strain ingredients into collins filled with ice, top with sparkling water to fill glass, and garnish with raspberry or edible rose petal

1.5 oz Venus Gin X Spring
.25 oz Elderflower Liqueur 
.5 oz Lemon juice
.5 oz Chamomile lemon simple syrup

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake & strain 
into coup, garnish with a lemon peel or dried edible chamomile flower 

  • To make chamomile lemon simple syrup: Peel one lemon, add one tablespoon dried edible chamomile flowers, 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water. Add all ingredients to small sauce pan and simmer until sugar is dissolved. Strain and let steep until chilled.

Batch up this seasonal sparkler before your guests arrive for easy holiday entertaining.

Makes 1 pitcher (approx. 15 cocktails)

1 bottle Venus Gin Blend No. 02
1/2 C pomegranate juice
3/4 C spiced simple syrup*
3/4 C fresh lime juice
2 C sparkling wine

Combine all ingredients except sparkling wine in a pitcher and refrigerate. Just before serving, add ice and stir. Add sparkling wine and serve over ice.

*Spiced syrup
1 C sugar

1 C water
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp allspice

Bring all ingredients to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Strain, allow to cool and stir in 1 Tbsp vanilla.


Want just one drink?

Makes 1

1 1/2 ounces Venus Gin Blend No. 02
1/4 ounce pomegranate juice
1/4 ounce spiced syrup
1/2 ounce lime juice
1 ounce sparkling wine

Combine all ingredients except sparkling wine in a shaker with ice. Shake until chilled, pour into a glass with ice and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with lime or pomegranate seeds.

5 leaves of Italian basil
2 dashes Peychaud's bitters

Combine all ingredients except Rye in a shaker tin, give a soft muddle, add Rye, shake with ice, fine strain into a Collins with fresh ice, garnish with a basil leaf.

2 ounces Venus Gin Blend No. 01
3/4 ounce simple syrup
1/2 ounce heavy cream
1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
5 dashes orange flower water
1 large egg white
soda water

Combine all ingredients except for soda water and shake without ice for 30 seconds. Open the shaker, fill with ice and shake up to 8 minutes. The longer you shake the silkier the cocktail. Fine strain into a chilled Collins glass, then slowly top with soda water. No garnish.

2 1/2 ounces Venus Aquavit
1 1/2 ounces coconut water
3/4 ounce pineapple simple syrup
3/4 ounce fresh orange juice
3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
5 dashes absinthe or Herbsaint
Angostura Bitters to taste

Shake all ingredients with ice except for Angostura. Strain into a tiki glass, fill glass with crushed ice, then top with a few dashes of Angostura. Garnish with a Luxardo cherry, mint sprig, slice of pineapple.

1/2 ounce lemon juice
1/4 ounce orange juice

Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin and shake without ice for 30 seconds. Open shaker tin and add ice, then shake for another 30 seconds. Fine strain into a chilled martini glass, garnish with an orange peel.

1 ounce mulled date syrup*
1/2 ounce lemon juice 

Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice, shake and serve up in a coupe. Garnish with a date stuffed with Manchego cheese or a lemon wheel.

*Date Syrup: combine 1/4 cup concentrated date syrup with 1/4 cup water. Simmer on low for 30 minutes with a pinch of nutmeg, clove and cinnamon. Dilute with water to taste. Allow to cool. Concentrated date syrup can be purchased at most health food stores.

2 ounces grapefruit juice
3/4 ounce Cointreau
1/2 ounce lime juice
2 slices cucumber
2 thin slices poblano pepper
soda water

Combine all ingredients except blanco and soda water in a shaker tin, muddle, add blanco and shake with ice. Fine strain into a pint glass over fresh ice and top with soda water. Garnish with a slice of cucumber.

3/4 ounce pear syrup*
1 dash apple bitters

Combine all ingredients in a shaker, fill with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a coupe and garnish with a lemon wheel.

*Pear syrup: combine equal parts sugar and water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cut a pear into cubes, add to the pan and simmer stirring often for 10 minutes or until sugar is dissolved. Allow to cool and strain into a glass container. Store refrigerated.
