1.5 oz Venus Gin X Spring
.75 oz Lemon juice
2 Tbsp of seedless raspberry jam 
2 Dashes Rose water
Top with sparkling water

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake & strain ingredients into collins filled with ice, top with sparkling water to fill glass, and garnish with raspberry or edible rose petal
