1.5 oz Venus Gin X Spring
.25 oz Elderflower Liqueur
.5 oz Lemon juice
.5 oz Chamomile lemon simple syrup
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake & strain
into coup, garnish with a lemon peel or dried edible chamomile flower
To make chamomile lemon simple syrup: Peel one lemon, add one tablespoon dried edible chamomile flowers, 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water. Add all ingredients to small sauce pan and simmer until sugar is dissolved. Strain and let steep until chilled.
