This one-night-only experience highlights the story and cuisine of Chef Sarah Bargetto, whose menu draws deeply from her Italian heritage and lifelong connection to food, family and hospitality. Inspired by generations of home cooks, Chef Bargetto brings her narrative to the table through a 7-course dinner that blends tradition with the coastal influence of the restaurant’s home on Rio Del Mar Beach. Each course reflects Chef Bargetto’s passion for local sourcing, handmade elements, and bold yet refined flavors.
